275 Your Majesty is a magnificent Russian tomato producing large, golden yellow fruits commonly weighing approximately 12.3 to 17.6 oz, with carefully managed first fruits occasionally exceeding 2 lb. The substantial tomatoes range from broad hearts and rounded hearts to slightly flattened beefsteak forms, often displaying full shoulders and gentle ribbing. Dense, meaty yellow flesh contains relatively few seeds and offers a sweet, smooth tomato flavor with mild acidity and a satisfying full-bodied finish. Indeterminate plants generally reach approximately 3.5 to 6.2 ft and perform best when trained to one or two main leaders. Provide sturdy staking or trellising and support heavily loaded fruit clusters, especially when growing for maximum size. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, golden tomato platters, sauces, juice, and richly colored summer dishes.
