27 Queen Aliquippa is a distinctive midseason indeterminate tomato producing beautiful green pear-shaped fruits weighing approximately 2.8–5.3 oz. The smooth, rounded pears mature from bright green to yellow-green or olive green, often developing a subtle amber blush that helps indicate ripeness. Their tender, juicy flesh offers a pleasantly sweet and fruity flavor with enough acidity for a refreshing, well-balanced finish. Attractive potato-leaf plants commonly reach approximately 5–6.5 feet, depending on climate and growing conditions, and benefit from staking, caging, or trellising. The medium-sized fruits are excellent for fresh salads, slicing, salsa, green tomato sauces, sandwiches, and colorful mixed tomato platters.
