267 Cantati 17 Ocher is a rare Polish selection producing attractive, lightly ribbed beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 5.3 to 10.6 oz, with most fruits ranging from 150 to 250 g and occasional larger specimens approaching 300 g. The unusual skin combines ochre green, olive, and warm golden tones with deep blue-violet anthocyanin shoulders, while pale green streaks may brighten toward the blossom end as the fruit ripens. Inside, the juicy green-amber flesh has a tender, succulent texture and delivers sweet, fruity flavor with a distinctive kiwi-like finish and gentle acidity. Strong indeterminate plants reach approximately 5 to 6 ft and carry broad potato-leaf foliage. Provide sturdy staking or trellising for the heavy clusters and harvest when the fruit develops warmer ochre-gold tones with a slight yield to gentle pressure.
