Variety characteristics:

• 257 Viper Bicolor (Unstriped) is a compact, midseason tomato growing approximately 3 ft tall and producing attractive round to slightly flattened fruits. The unstriped skin displays warm amber and orange-red tones, while the cut fruits reveal an eye-catching combination of olive-green to golden flesh with pink-red coloring through the center and around the outer edges. A sweet, fruity flavor makes this tomato an appealing choice for fresh eating, and its colorful interior adds visual interest to every slice. Provide a cage or stake to support the plants as the fruits develop. Excellent for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, and colorful tomato platters.
