Variety characteristics:

• 207 Stanley is a vigorous midseason indeterminate tomato producing large, flattened beefsteaks weighing approximately 8.8–14.1 oz. The broad fruits develop full shoulders and light to moderate ribbing around the stem end. They begin with a rich golden-yellow to orange base color, followed by an increasingly intense red or rosy-pink blush as they ripen. At full maturity, the exterior may become almost entirely pink-red, while the interior retains beautiful orange, gold, and crimson marbling. The thick, juicy flesh delivers an exceptionally fruity, sweet, and well-balanced flavor with a satisfying full-bodied tomato finish. For the most attractive bicolor exterior, harvest when the pink blush is well developed but some golden-orange color remains. Strong regular-leaf vines can reach approximately 6.6 feet and require heavy-duty staking, caging, or trellising. Train plants to one or two main stems for larger, more evenly developed fruits. Excellent for fresh slicing, tomato sandwiches, salads, colorful platters, and richly flavored juice or sauce.
