Variety characteristics:

• 193 Momini Salzi, also known as Maiden's Tears, is a Bulgarian mid-early indeterminate tomato producing impressive red oxheart fruits. Typically weighing approximately 12.3–17.6 oz, exceptional specimens may reach about 2.2 lb under favorable growing conditions. Fruits range from elongated, pointed hearts to broader heart shapes, sometimes with light ribbing near the stem. The substantial, meaty flesh offers a rich tomato flavor and pleasing aroma, with relatively few seeds reported by growers. Vigorous plants require sturdy stakes, cages, or trellising, with additional support for particularly heavy fruit clusters. Suitable for outdoor gardens and greenhouse growing, Momini Salzi is especially appealing for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, and generous tomato platters. Its large heart-shaped fruits make an attractive addition to a collection of flavorful garden tomatoes.
