168 Kozula 72 is a midseason indeterminate tomato producing attractive tricolor beefsteak fruits with green, yellow, and rosy blushes. The fruits typically weigh approximately 7.1–10.6 oz and develop a richly colored interior with green, golden-yellow, and pinkish-red tones when fully ripe. The round to slightly flattened fruits have a juicy, meaty texture and a sweet, fruity flavor with a pleasant balance of acidity. Vigorous vines produce well and benefit from sturdy staking or trellising to support the large fruit clusters. This distinctive Polish heirloom-type tomato is excellent for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, gourmet platters, and colorful culinary presentations.
