159 Seattle's Blue Woolly Mammoth is an unusual midseason tomato associated with breeder Tom Wagner. The plants display distinctive soft pubescence on the stems and foliage, while the round to slightly flattened fruits also develop a lightly fuzzy surface. Fruits typically weigh approximately 2.1–2.8 oz and ripen to bright yellow or golden yellow with contrasting green stripes and shoulders. The yellow-green interior remains juicy, with deeper green coloring around the seed cavities. Its sweet, complex flavor carries distinctive fruity notes. Productive plants benefit from staking or trellising and make an eye-catching addition to specialty tomato collections, fresh salads, snack plates, and colorful garden displays.
