158 Mordovian Blues 2 is a midseason, vigorous indeterminate tomato producing large, flattened-round beefsteak fruits with gently wrinkled shoulders. Plants reach approximately 5.9 feet and set attractive clusters of two to four fruits. The tomatoes ripen to golden yellow, yellow-green, or olive tones and develop dramatic purple-black anthocyanin coloring across the shoulders and upper fruit, often extending downward in striking streaks. Fruits typically weigh approximately 7.1–17.6 oz each. The dense, meaty flesh is juicy, nearly cavity-free, and rich in sweet fruity flavor with a refreshing touch of acidity. Provide sturdy staking or trellising for the productive vines and heavy fruit clusters.
