Variety characteristics:

• 121 Sgt. Pepper's Yellow is a productive, indeterminate tomato that produces both flattened-round and heart-shaped fruits. The tomatoes ripen to a bright, rich yellow, while their shoulders develop striking purple anthocyanin coloring where exposed to sunlight. The depth and coverage of that color can vary with light exposure. Beneath the colorful skin, the juicy fruits offer a sweet, aromatic tomato flavor. Support the vigorous vines with sturdy stakes or a trellis, and enjoy the harvest fresh in slices, sandwiches, salads, or colorful tomato platters.
