Variety characteristics:

• 116 Mordovian Malachite is a productive, midseason indeterminate tomato with potato-leaf foliage. In a greenhouse, the vigorous plants can reach approximately 6.6 feet. The flattened fruits ripen to a malachite-green color with a pink-red blush near the blossom end. Inside, tender green-cream flesh is streaked with pink and offers a well-balanced tomato flavor. Train plants to two main stems, remove excess side shoots, and provide sturdy support. The colorful, tender fruits are especially appealing in fresh slices, salads, and mixed-color tomato platters.
