Variety characteristics:

• 112 Cherokee Lime is a midseason indeterminate tomato with regular-leaf foliage and smooth, slightly flattened beefsteak fruits. In the supplied growing notes, fruits weigh approximately 5.3–7.1 oz. Their translucent skin reveals a luminous green color at maturity, sometimes with a faint amber cast or a delicate pink blush at the blossom end. The juicy green flesh has a rich, fruity flavor with sweetness and a gentle tang. Support the vigorous vines with sturdy stakes or a trellis. Cherokee Lime makes a distinctive fresh slicer for sandwiches, salads, and mixed-color tomato platters.
