The vigorous, regular-leaf indeterminate plants produce abundant large fruits weighing approximately 7.1–10.6 oz. Tomatoes are round to oblate beefsteaks with broad shoulders and gentle ribbing. At maturity, the skin and interior develop attractive olive-green, lime-green, and yellow-green tones, making this a distinctive green-when-ripe variety. The dense, juicy flesh delivers pronounced sweetness, mild acidity, and a pleasant pineapple-like tropical fruit character. Check ripeness by watching for warmer green coloration and slight softening rather than waiting for the fruit to turn red. Provide sturdy staking, caging, or trellising for the vigorous vines and heavy fruits. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, salsa, colorful tomato platters, and specialty heirloom displays.
